Kurbo is a free weight-loss program for teens ages 13 to 17 acquired by WW in 2018. WW is a huge household name especially when it come to the 35 and older crowd. Based on focus groups and interviews with the Kurbo target demographic, we gathered teens didn’t want to feel like they were on their grandparent’s or parent’s weight loss program.
We were tasked with designing an app experience that had a discernible contrast from the well known WW experience. I was a visual design contributor for this project.
